For any undeliverable shipments (addresses), a credit will be applied to your account, less shipping charges.
Timing of deliveries can be very difficult. With our years of experience we have become very good at providing information to our customers regarding the arrival of their order but can not Guarantee delivery times. We trust you understand.
If you have product left over at the end of your campaign please contact us to inform us of your intention to return unsold product. Your unsold product must be returned immediately after your 30 day campaign and must be full cases only. We will make arrangements to have your returns picked up and will instruct you on how this will be done.
Returns are subject to a modest freight charge of a maximum of $2.00 per full case (remote & fly in communities excluded). Initial orders under 15 cases do not qualify for this policy.
